Currently completing an organisation review to design a fit for purpose operating model to meet current and future needs of Aboriginal peoples, communities and ALS members.
A 12 month project to design a series of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Cultural strategies for one of Australia's largest charities. This included:
